About Us

P F Lynch & Co is a niche Accountancy Practice based in South Terrace, Cork. Barry Lynch is the principal and has over 25 year’s professional experience. Patricia Fitzgibbon B.Comm. ACA has over 15 years experience in tax and personal insolvency and has recently qualified as a Personal Insolvency Practitioner (PIP) with the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI).

PF Lynch & Co provides a complete Accountancy and Tax service to the small and medium sized enterprise (SME) sector including Accounts Preparation and Income Tax returns/Corporation Tax for sole traders and companies respectively. We also do personal income tax returns and provide a total bookkeeping service (Payroll and VAT) for small business.

PF Lynch & Co has developed specialist expertise in certain sectors, especially Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Trades, Services and Construction and our staff are totally familiar with all the various relevant issues that arise for both existing and start ups.

Insolvency is another specialist area, with Barry concentrating on Corporate Insolvency (company restructuring, Bank negotiations and Liquidations) and Patricia specialising on Personal indebtedness and resolution.
